Pat joined Shillington McCall in 2012 and has developed a successful and varied practice that serves the firm’s clients’ many needs.

• Experience in accident benefits dispute resolution through mediation, the Licence Appeals Tribunal, and the courts
• Experience in municipal liability claims including road and sidewalk cases, Ontario Building Code disputes, and municipal negligence claims
• Experience with first party insurer/insured disputes, commercial property liability, and public housing claims
• Successful appearances before nearly every tribunal and court in Ontario including at the Ontario Court of Appeal
