Kerry Figliomeni is a partner at Shillington McCall LLP. Kerry specializes in a variety of insurance defence matters including third party and accident benefit claims, with a particular affinity for complex fact situations which require creative solutions for her clients. Kerry also has experience with institutional liability, fraud, priority and loss transfer matters, WSIB, product liability, Human Rights defence and Children’s Aid Society claims. Kerry has appeared before various levels of court in Ontario, as well as numerous tribunal hearings (LAT, FSCO, government/quasi-government) and frequent alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Kerry obtained her B.A. (with distinction) in psychology (2000), followed by her law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2004. She was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 2005. Kerry is passionate about the law and takes pride in her relationships with her clients.

Kerry is frequently requested to speak or chair continuing legal education programs. She is a member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Middlesex Law Association.
