ADAM BIRCH
Adam Birch is an experienced trial lawyer with a focus on motor vehicle accident claims, accident benefits matters, occupier’s liability, sexual abuse and commercial litigation. Adam has a background representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has gained significant insight into the approaches of both practices. He utilizes those experiences to provide thorough and realistic legal opinions for his clients.
Adam has a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience, Behaviour and Psychology from McMaster University and a Juris Doctoral from Western University. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. Since being called, he has helped a wide range of clients navigate a number of complex and varied legal issues.
Adam has handled matters at all levels of Ontario courts including the Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Ontario, and Small Claims Court as well as at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. His approach to litigation is results-oriented with a strong emphasis on understanding his client’s goals in the litigation and achieving those goals. He is a member of the Middlesex Law Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers Association.
