Lindsay Rodenburg joined Shillington McCall as an associate in December 2022. Lindsay was called to the bar in 2012 and has spent her entire career practicing insurance defence. Before joining Shillington McCall, she worked at the Kitchener office of a regional boutique firm.

Lindsay’s practice focuses on a wide range of tort defence claims, including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, and commercial general liability matters. Her practice also extends to subrogated claims and coverage matters.

Lindsay obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta (2006) followed by her law degree at the University of Victoria (2011). After law school, she returned to Ontario where she articled in Toronto before settling in Kitchener. Lindsay is also a member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association & Middlesex Law Association.
