Marc joined Shillington McCall as an associate lawyer in 2026. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and the Alberta Bar in 2022. 

Prior to joining Shillington McCall, Marc worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney and prosecuted a variety of criminal offences in the Ontario Court of Justice. He also spent time in Alberta where he prosecuted criminal and regulatory offences before moving to general civil litigation and criminal defence. Upon returning to Ontario, he worked at Western Law where he managed the criminal law section of Community Legal Services and appeared in the Ontario Superior Court for summary conviction appeals. While at Western Law, he taught courses on general legal practice as well as advanced criminal law.

Marc is an active member of the Middlesex Law Association and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Palace Theatre Arts Commons.
