Kristen Dearlove is a partner at Shillington McCall LLP. Kristen has a diverse practice representing insurers, municipalities and corporations in many areas of litigation including accident benefits dispute resolution and hearings before the Licence Appeals Tribunal, personal injury actions, building code liability, economic loss claims, misfeasance claims, E & O claims, property damage claims and subrogation claims. Kristen has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and has experience conducting examinations for discovery, mediations, arbitrations and contested motions. Kristen has conducted Small Claims Court trials and argued motions and an appeal at the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also successfully represented clients at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal.
Kristen graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2007 with an Honors Specialization in Psychology Bachelor degree with a Minor in English. She attended law school at the University of Western Ontario, where she received her Juris Doctor Degree in 2011 and was the recipient of the Brad Hodgson Civil Litigation Award.
Kristen is a member of the Middlesex Law Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
